DAM CONSTRUCTION PROJECT UPDATE

We have selected a vendor to conduct our dam project. The project is estimated to

begin sometime between July/August and will be completed before fall (weather

permitting).

Please be advised that the Champagne Shores cul-de-sac on the north end of the dam

will have to be used to do staging during this time. The excavating company will have to

transfer materials from the truck in which the materials are hauled in the vehciles they

will use to transport back to the dam. This will likely be inconvenient at times.

ANNUAL SPRING CLEAN UP

Coffee, donuts and supplies to be provided at 5795 Emerald Lakes prior to the event.

perform this clean up in our community!

ANNUAL MAY GARAGE SALE

May 13-May 15, 2021 - 9 AM – 3 PM

Our neighborhood garage sale will take place again this year. We are advertising the

event in Mimis, Medina Gazette and the Plain Dealer.

PLEASE BE PATIENT

We appreciate you sharing your comments and concerns to keep our neighborhood safe

and in compliance with the bylaws. When emailing the board at

questions / concerns require collaboration and even lgal team involvement, responses

can take a few days. The board is composed of Emerald Lakes residents volunteering
