GENERAL BOARD MEETING
January 28, 2021 at 7:00 PM
Our Annual Board Meeting has been postponed this year until January 28, 2021, due to
COVID restrictions. At this time, we believe we are in a position to hold this meeting
remotely. More information to follow.
ANNUAL DUES
Due January 2021
You should be receiving communication in the coming days for 2021 HOA Dues. There
is no increase at this time, and our dues will remain at $250.00 for 2021. The due date is
January 31. Please contact us if you don’t receive.
DAM CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Work Needed
Our dam was recently reclassified from a Class 3 to Class 2, and because of such, we
may need to have some work done. We are currently awaiting a response from ODNR.
Specifically, we may be required to raise the height of the dam and grade a spillway. We
are still in the planning stages of this project, and it will likely take a few years to
complete. For more information, we encourage Homeowners to tune into the January
28, 2021 General Board Meeting.
