2014 Spring Newsletter

 

The dates for the annual Emerald Lakes Garage Sale has been set as May 15th, Thursday, through the 17th, Saturday. Last year did very well, so be sure to plan accordingly! 

 

With Spring ahead of us and the usual showers, muskrats are a potential issue. If you find them on your property, be sure to let an ELHOA trustee know, so we can get somebody out to deal with it.

  

The trails are coming back in use. If you take a pet out for a walk there, remember to clean up after it.

 

One more reminder: the lakes are for all residents to use. Just remember that canoes, paddleboats and other boats are permitted, but not rafts. It's not a good idea to throw stones in the lakes, either.

 

And finally, speaking of the lakes: the ELHOA is currently looking into options to repair or replace worn docks on a couple of our lakes. We'll speak again this Summer, and hopefully see you at our Garage Sale.
