We'd like to begin by reminding you of
our Spring Clean-up. That's scheduled this Saturday, May 5th, at 9 AM on the
southern Champagne Shores cul-de-sac. The event is being hosted by Scott and
Tressa Reisberg, who will have coffee and doughnuts available to all who
participate. The weather promises to be fine, so we hope to see you there!

Ads for our upcoming Garage Sale, May
17th through the 19th, have been placed regionally with The Post newspapers,
and with the Medina Gazette. We'll also be running daily ads in the Cleveland
and Akron Craigslists. Signs will be placed out on the 16th.
The event beings at 9 AM each day.
Whether selling or looking out for a bargain, we sincerely wish you the best of
luck.

There were problems with the Medina
County Bookmobile for a few weeks, but its now repaired and making the rounds
once more. You can find it in front of 6041 Emerald Lakes Drive on Thursdays,
between 5:45 PM and 6:15.

There's been interest expressed by some
homeowners in adding one or two picnic tables and a secured trash receptacle in
our commons area. We're looking into this, with an emphasis on durability.
Of course, our privacy as homeowners is
an equal priority. None of us want our neighbors having a picnic with the kids
on the edge of our backyards—and that's not going to happen. We'll keep you
posted about what we find out, and the common areas that we think will work
best for all of us.

One of the more distinctive physical
features in our subdivision is our themed mailboxes. However, over time, the
originals have worn out. In a few instances, replacement boxes were selected
that haven't come near to matching up. We'd like to remind all homeowners that
instructions and a materials list for matching mailboxes are available here:

If you have any questions, just ask.
