It has come to the Board’s attention that some neighbors have noticed some unfamiliar people driving to the lakes with boats.

We are not sure if they are residents or not.  If they are, they are allowed to use the lake.  If they are not lakefront owners,

they may use the lake, but they must bring their boat and remove it daily. The Police have been advised and will follow through

on any concerns. Ron Potter corresponded with both Chief Grice and Sgt. Brett Harrison #1606 and was told

if you see someone questionable and are uncomfortable, please call the Montville Police at 330-725-7777,and they will remove

them from the area. By the time the Board gets the message and contacts police, valuable time is lost.

If you see, you are better able to give the details directly to police and answer their questions they may have.

Also, the police know how to handle such situations and are better equipped than the Board.

Thank you for your assistance in keeping our neighborhood great!

See you at the block party!
